Another Castle = 0.875

One eagle-eyed reader has latched onto ground-breaking research currently consuming American scientists’ man hours: the probability of Princess Peach been in Another Castle = 7/8. In other words, every 1 in 8 castles you encounter as a fat, Italian plumber will contain the damsel in distress you’re looking for. OR… look at it ANOTHER WAY and you can scientifically say, including rounding, that 90% of the time the dastardly Bowser will take his hostage somewhere other than the place you’ve just arrived at expecting and hoping to find the Princess only to be told that she’s in “another castle”.

The revolutionary research was conducted using well known thermodynamics and lots of pi symbols. Calculations by this moronic physicist can verify that the American researchers correctly carried every 1 where necessary and that the findings are factually correct with 83% certainty.

UPDATE: Imperial has just secured £0.75m in funding to verify the research, this time using a Van der Waals model, rather than Ideal Gas laws.

UPDATE: Science, lol.

By this logic, Princess Peach will appear at the end of the Spring 2011 issue. I’m looking forward to it.
